By creating an account or using Intent Ledger, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Intent Ledger. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• You may enable two-factor authentication to add an additional layer of protection.

3. Acceptable Use

To keep Intent Ledger safe and authentic, you agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Distribute spam, malware, or engage in phishing or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without permission.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and share. By posting, you grant Intent Ledger a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for the content you publish and confirm you have the rights necessary to share it. Because you own your digital identity on Intent Ledger, you may export or delete your content at any time.

5. The Intent Ledger & Reputation

Reputation and contribution signals recorded on your personal ledger are provided for transparency and community trust. They carry no monetary value, are not a financial instrument, and may be adjusted to prevent abuse or manipulation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Intent Ledger name, logo, and all related software, designs, and branding are the property of Intent Ledger and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from them without prior written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the platform in a way that harms other users or the service. You may close your account at any time from your settings.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Intent Ledger is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you within the app or by email. Continued use of Intent Ledger after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.
