• To personalize your feed based on the intent and preferences you set — always under your control.
• To secure accounts, detect abuse, and prevent fraud.

Direct messages are protected with end-to-end encryption, and data in transit is secured with industry-standard TLS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We support two-factor authentication and continuously monitor for suspicious activity.
